A Supply Chain Finance Executive focused on selling trade finance products like PID (Purchase Invoice Discounting), SID (Supplier Invoice Discounting), Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing etc would typically have the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Supply Chain Finance Executive
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify new business opportunities within the supply chain finance space, specifically for PID, SID, vendor financing and dealer financing
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and third-party financial institutions.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales by demonstrating the value of trade finance products to businesses.
- Create tailored financial solutions for clients to optimize their working capital needs.
- Promote supply chain financing offerings by highlighting the benefits of improved cash flow, risk mitigation, and cost-efficiency.
**2. Product Expertise & Advisory**:
- Offer expert advice to clients on the best financing solutions based on their unique supply chain and business needs.
- Present and explain the features of PID, SID, vendor financing and dealer financing products, ensuring clients understand the financial impact and advantages.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in trade finance to maintain a competitive edge.
**3. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management**:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup and implementation of financing products.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure products continue to meet their evolving needs.
- Establish long-term relationships to maximize client retention and opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products.
**4. Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams (such as credit risk, legal, and operations) to ensure that trade finance deals are structured, implemented, and managed effectively.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and banks to facilitate smooth execution of financing transactions.
- Collaborate with Fintech Partner to implement the digital platform for supply chain finance
**5. Sales Targets & Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently driving new business and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market analysis to senior management.
**6. Market Intelligence & Strategy**:
- Monitor trends and shifts in the trade finance market to identify potential business opportunities.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote supply chain finance products.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Education: A degree in finance, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in trade finance, supply chain finance, or corporate banking sales.
- Familiarity with financial products such as PID, SID, vendor financing and dealer financing is highly desirable.
- Strong track record in sales, business development, and relationship management.
- Previous experience of working with a NBFC would be an advantage
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to present complex financial solutions in a simple and understandable way.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Attributes:
- Experience working with corporate clients, SMEs, or both.
- Knowledge of industry-specific supply chain challenges and financial strategies.
- An existing network in the supply chain, trade finance, NBFC or banking sectors is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
