Role Summary:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and managing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Your content will tell stories, build trust with families, and showcase the daily life and values of Aayushka.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and post content (reels, stories, carousels, blogs, etc.) aligned with the brand tone
- Shoot and edit short videos and reels (basic mobile videography skills required)
- Create emotional, informative, and relatable posts around elder care, daily activities, and testimonials
- Engage with followers and monitor trends in senior living/healthcare
- Work with the founders and marketing team to create monthly content calendars
- Visit the facilities (Velachery or Pammal) 1-2 times a week to capture real-life moments (if local)

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or basic video editing tools
- Strong writing skills in English; Tamil understanding is a plus
- Passion for storytelling and human-centered content
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Basic photography or videography
- Knowledge of Instagram growth strategies or Meta Ads
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or senior living industries
