- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for jewelry products, encompassing both online and offline channels.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing initiatives.
- **Brand Building**:Enhance brand visibility and recognition through consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and storytelling.
- **Social Media Management**:Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to connect with target audiences and promote jewelry collections.
- **Influencer Marketing**:Collaborate with fashion influencers, bloggers, and stylists to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- **Event Management**:Organize and execute in-store events, exhibitions, and pop-up shops to create memorable customer experiences.
- **Performance Analysis**:Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and sales teams.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with sales teams, designers, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Budget Management**:Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize campaign impact.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and present regular reports on marketing campaign performance and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the jewelry or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of jewelry trends, design, and craftsmanship.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
