**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to design and architect D365 F&O SCM solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to understand their supply chain processes, pain points, and requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Create detailed functional design documents, outlining the proposed D365 F&O SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations required to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Lead and guide project teams, providing technical direction, coaching, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Configure D365 F&O SCM modules, leveraging your expertise in areas such as inventory management, procurement, production, logistics, warehousing, and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between D365 F&O SCM and other systems.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
- Strong Consulting experience in the Microsoft eco-system including D365 F&O or AX 2012 R2, R3 full lifecycle implementations - specifically in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power platform, specifically Power BI
- Exceptional Consulting skills gained across multiple projects and industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
- Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems.
- Client Centric attitude, with a sense of urgency, strong teamwork, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach.
