Job Responsibilities - Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher & 3 Year Experience)
- **Managing Bench Consultants** - Work with IT professionals on the bench, understand their skills, and market them effectively.
- **Job Search & Marketing** - Source job opportunities for consultants by reaching out to vendors, clients, and job portals.
- **Building & Maintaining Vendor Relations** - Develop strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- **Negotiation & Rate Finalization** - Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and client expectations for smooth onboarding.
- **Documentation & Compliance** - Ensure all necessary documents (work authorization, resumes, contracts) are up to date.
- **Coordination & Follow-ups** - Keep track of interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes with clients and consultants.
- **Database Management** - Maintain and update records of consultants, job submissions, and client communications.
- **Learning & Development** - Stay updated on IT technologies, recruitment trends, and vendor relationships to improve effectiveness.
- **Team Collaboration** - Work closely with account managers, recruiters, and HR teams for smooth recruitment operations.

**US IT Recruiter - Job Description**

We are seeking a **US IT Recruiter** to handle end-to-end recruitment for our clients across the United States. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Screen resumes, evaluate technical skills, and conduct initial interviews.
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and terms with consultants.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding with clients.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of **US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C)**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in **night shifts (US timings)**.

**OPT Recruiter - Job Description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic **OPT Recruiter** to support and place international students on OPT, CPT, STEM-OPT, and H1B across multiple technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain strong vendor/client relationships for quick placement.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in OPT/CPT recruitment (preferred, but freshers with strong communication can apply).
- Familiarity with US staffing and placement cycle.
- Ability to work in **night shifts (US timings)**.
