**Job Title**: Bench Sales Recruiter

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: 1-5 years in US IT Bench Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing & Networking** - Build strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
**Negotiation & Placement** - Negotiate contract terms, rates, and close deals efficiently.
**Job Portal Management** - Utilize Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job boards to find opportunities.
**Compliance & Documentation** - Ensure legal documentation and contract agreements are up to date.

**Requirements**:
**1-5 years** of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting.
Strong knowledge of US work visas (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, EAD).
Experience working with **Tier 1 vendors and direct clients**.
Proficiency in using **job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed**.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
