**Job Title**: Bench Sales Recruiter - Fresher

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Freshers** to join our growing Bench Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to build a rewarding career in the U.S. IT staffing industry. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our IT consultants to clients and ensuring successful placements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Consultants**: Work with senior recruiters to market consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to clients and vendors.
- **Resume Customization**: Assist in formatting resumes to align with job descriptions and highlight consultants’ strengths.
- **Job Requirement Sourcing**: Identify suitable job openings from job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- **Vendor and Client Interaction**: Communicate with vendors to submit profiles and follow up for interview scheduling and feedback.
- **Negotiation Assistance**: Support in negotiating billing rates and terms under guidance from senior team members.
- **Tracking and Reporting**: Maintain records of job submissions, interviews, and placements in an organized manner.
- **Compliance**: Ensure consultants' work authorizations are properly documented and up to date.
- **Market Research**: Keep up-to-date with market trends and technologies to enhance consultant placements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably business, HR, or technology).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn (training will be provided).
- Interest in technology trends and market research.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
