**Required Skills**:
Ø Communication skills

Ø Understanding on Sales, Customer support and Customer Service

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ø Enquiry registration & forwarding it to the concern internal departments and monitoring the status on daily basis

Ø Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Ø Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

Ø Handle the processing - issuing MO/SO/DP with other required documents to all the concern departments with accuracy and timeliness

Ø Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Ø Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

Ø Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Ø Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Ø BG Maintenance - to track it on day to day basis, to inform customers on submission & recovery and to follow-up with Accounts Department

Ø Assist in the preparation and organizing promotional material or events

Ø To prepare & maintain all internal records (Reports on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual) as per approved format

Ø Complete responsibility of preparing & maintaining all records/ documents as per ISO approved format

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
