**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate qualified B2B leads from Indian and international markets
- Monitor and optimize ad performance for best ROI
- Perform A/B testing to improve targeting and ad creatives
- Create detailed performance reports and share insights for improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategy with business goals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in running Meta Ads for B2B lead generation
- Strong understanding of targeting, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make informed campaign decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be based in **Hyderabad**

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
