Prepare and Cook all Types of foods, Sandwiches, Sauces, Salads Etc. according to recipes and following traditional and modern recipes.
- Create new and exciting food dishes to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists.
- Decorate Dishes using different Garnish, toppings, Sauces, etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
- Preparing, Cooking and packaging, and serving light food and snacks.
- Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Head Chef. Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits. before use.
- Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Head Chef.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
- Plating and presenting meal items as per the Head Chef instructions.
- Monitor stocks for Goods Cooking ingredients and make appropriate orders within budget.
- Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Safely and appropriately use Cooking and measuring tools.
- Train all new team members using appropriate training materials
- Ensure all foods are made and served to brand standard
- To sell & demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/answering queries & suggesting products to the customer as part of the ordering process. Act on initiative to optimize sales to the customer.
- Manage customers services and any customers suggestions/complaints
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
- Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
- Come up with recipe ideas from scratch Plan the menu of all dishes to complement savory items.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times.

- Responsible for producing the most creative and excellent dishes, ensuring that the guest's expectations are exceeded and fully satisfied.

- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, chiller, and Freezer. Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
- Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Maintain food logs. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
- Communicate assistance needed during busy periods. Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
- Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items.
- Ensure the quality of the items. This ability to create excellence in your own area of responsibility and to support others as they do the same is vital to the successful operation of the kitchen and to ensure the enjoyment of guests.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as Chef.
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Organizing and leadership skills
- Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and Cooking techniques and nutrition
- Working knowledge of foods with ingredient limitations.
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
- Training and willingness to continue learning about beverage and Food preparation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
