**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bidding & Proposal Writing**: Actively bid on Upwork projects in relevant categories, ensuring well-crafted, customized proposals to increase conversion rates.

**Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients and projects that align with Technophilic’s services and strengths.

**Client Communication**: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospective clients, negotiate terms, and establish strong professional relationships.

**Market Research**: Stay updated with Upwork trends, competitor strategies, and project opportunities.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure project requirements align with our capabilities.

**Follow-ups**: Maintain follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed projects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years** of experience as an **Upwork Bidder/Sales Executive** in IT services.
- Proven success in securing projects for **website development, app development, UI/UX, SEO, and digital marketing** on **Upwork**.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to craft persuasive proposals and handle client queries professionally.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s bidding strategies and best practices.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp) is a plus.
