**Job Scope**:

- Customer Experience Executive is responsible for enhancing experience at Customer touchpoints, ensure upkeep and hospitality standards and carry out activities for sustaining customer engagement._

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- 1. Check customer appointments for the day, inform Sales personnel of the schedule and_
- other requirements of the visiting Clients._
- 2. Meet and greet customers on entry, preliminary enquiry to understand their_
- requirements and ensure proper hospitality during the visit and on exit._
- 3. Maintain customer database, send greetings, and wishes on important days._
- 4. Register customer complaints, forward and communicate closure._
- 5. Responsible for proper housekeeping of lobby, other areas, and upkeep of the studio._
- 6. Ensure that dress standards and etiquette are followed by employees._
- 7. Maintain attendance and leave records of employees._

**Experience**:

- **Minimum one to two years in a Customer Facing / Front Office / Guest Relations function**_
- **in a leading hospitality or luxury retail setting.**_

**Education**:
***_Any MBA / Hospitality course from a reputed institute preferred._
- Fluent in English and Hindi._

**Skills / Competencies**:

- Pleasing personality, good grooming with an ever present smile._
- Good communication skills with ability to interact with confidence and empathy._
- Customer orientation with ability to handle customers' queries and complaints professionally._
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines of various tasks._
- Proactive in dealing with team member issues._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
