**Job summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conduct Land Surveys**: Perform detailed land surveys and prepare accurate site layout plans for real estate projects.
- **Boundary Determination**: Establish and verify property boundaries based on legal descriptions and survey data.
- **Topographic Surveys**: Conduct topographic surveys to gather data on elevations, landforms, and other features of the land.
- **Survey Report Preparation**: Compile and present survey findings in comprehensive reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- **Collaboration with Project Teams**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate survey data into design and planning processes.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 5-6 years of experience in land surveying, particularly in the real estate sector.
- **Education**: Diploma in Surveying or a relevant degree in a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with modern surveying equipment and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
