Position: Surveyor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Role and Responsibilities**:
Conducting land surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones.

Determining precise measurements, boundaries, elevations, and contours of construction sites.

Analysing survey data and preparing detailed reports, maps, and drawings for use by engineers, architects, and project managers.

Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure that surveying activities are aligned with project requirements and timelines.

Providing support during the planning and design phases of construction projects by offering insights based on survey data.

Monitoring construction progress and conducting periodic surveys to verify compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to survey data and measurements that may arise during the construction process.

Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and standards while performing surveying tasks on construction sites.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry.

Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software like AutoCAD.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing surveying practices.

Salary Range - 3.00 to 4.00 lakhs

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
