Cothas Coffee Company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electric Technician to join our manufacturing unit. As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the smooth operations of our coffee production facility. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing unit. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our electrical systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with safety standards, ultimately contributing to the production of high-quality coffee products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the manufacturing unit.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify electrical malfunctions, defects, or hazards and report them to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with senior technicians or engineers to carry out repairs, upgrades, or modifications on electrical systems as required.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Utilize appropriate testing devices and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including equipment logs, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.
- Adhere to safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist in the calibration and adjustment of electrical controls to ensure precise and reliable operation of coffee production equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to address electrical issues and optimize workflow.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma, ITI, or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and systems.
- Familiarity with electrical tools, testing equipment, and instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to work with various hand tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,400.00 per month
