**Position ;** Electrical Customer Service Technician

Position Overview:
The Electrical Customer Service Technician is a vital member of the customer support team, responsible for delivering outstanding service to clients and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems. This role primarily involves addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting electrical issues, providing technical assistance, and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests related to electrical systems. Offer professional and friendly assistance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems reported by customers, both remotely and on-site. Identify the root cause of issues and implement appropriate solutions efficiently.

3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical technology, products, and industry standards. Continuously improve product knowledge to deliver accurate information to customers.

4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service visits, and solutions provided. Accurately log service calls, work orders, and equipment specifications in the company's database.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**ITI or Diploma Electrical or BE electrical**
**- High school diploma or equivalent.** Additional technical or vocational training in electrical systems is advantageous.

**Experience** ; 2 to 3 Year in lighting industry

**Salary** 22000 to 26 400 Rs

ESI, EPF, Day shift only off role job, No break.

Petrol allowance available

They should have two wheeler and valid driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
