- Analysing financial statements and identifying areas for improvement or compliance issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of audit findings.
- Providing recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and inquiries.
- Utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports.
- Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial reporting.
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Statutory Audit or related financial field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Familiarity with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
**Salary Offered: 25K to 30K**
**Location: Noida**
