JD of Sr. Manager (Stat Audit)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the Assurance practice to execute Audit / Indian GAAP/ IFRS / US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients
Preparation, Execution, and Drafting of Reports in compliance with Companies Audit Reports Order 2020.
Ensuring compliance with Auditing standards, accounting standards and various other laws as applicable to the entity being audited
Coaching and mentoring team members and juniors on Audit IND (AS), IFRS, including reviews of work.
Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions
Good Experience in Manufacturing, Service, Trading, NBFC, FS, TMT Sector, and Banking sector.
Preparation of Financial Statements as per the Companies Act 2013
Experience in Audit of listed entities like NBFC, Banks will be preferred.
Comfortable with Client visits as & when required within India
Ensure proper documentation of Audit work and get the work reviewed as per the regulation of ICAI.
Maintain good relationships with current and prospective Audit clients.
Have strong soft skills like interpersonal, team and communication skills both verbal and written.
**Requirements**:
Must be a qualified CA.
Min. 5 years of experience post qualification in Stat Audits(Mixed experience CA must not apply).
Excellent communication skills.
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
