About the Role

We are a USA-based diversified business group with operations in the USA, Canada, and India. We are looking for a skilled professional who can independently manage statutory compliance across multiple countries along with accounting and audit responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of compliance laws, financial reporting standards, and audit requirements for international business.

Key Responsibilities

International Compliance (USA, Canada & India)

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations across all three geographies.
  • Monitor and manage statutory filings, registrations, renewals, licenses, and documentation.
  • Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and MCA/ROC compliance for Indian operations.
  • Coordinate with US & Canadian teams for tax filings, payroll compliance, and financial reporting obligations.

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledger management, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely reporting to global management.

Audit & Controls

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors across all three regions.
  • Prepare audit schedules, responses, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance processes, and financial discipline across departments.
