Greet guests warmly upon arrival, introduce yourself, and guide them to their tables.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, provide recommendations, and answer any questions about the menu.
- Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks and checking on satisfaction.
- Accurately record orders in a timely manner, ensuring all details are correct (special requests, dietary restrictions, etc.).
- Relay orders to kitchen or bar staff in a clear and organized manner.
- Ensure food and beverage orders are delivered to the correct table in a prompt and professional manner.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper portion sizes and presentation.
- Ensure that all items are prepared according to the restaurant’s standards and protocols.
- Handle any issues or complaints related to food quality or service in a professional and effective manner.
- Keep tables clean and organized throughout the meal by removing empty plates and glasses.
- Reset tables as needed for the next guest in a timely manner.
- Suggest additional items (e.g., appetizers, desserts, drinks) to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Promote special menu items, daily specials, or events in the restaurant.
- Accurately process guest payments and handle transactions, including cash, credit card, or room charges.
- Issue receipts and change, and ensure that the payment process is completed smoothly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and restaurant policies, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the server station and dining area.
- Collaborate with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service.
- Assist with training new servers or other team members as needed.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management if necessary.
- Ensure all guest issues are resolved to satisfaction.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
