Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Take and relay food & beverage orders accurately to the kitchen/bar
  • Serve dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation
  • Recommend specials, desserts, and beverages to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
  • Assist with setup and closing duties (tables, supplies, stock)
  • Handle guest queries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude

Qualifications

  • Minimum: 12th pass or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality/service preferred, but freshers may apply
  • Good communication skills (Fluent English and Hindi/Bengali helpful)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and passion for guest service
