**ROLE AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**

**Role/Position: Product Photographer**

**Reporting to: Marketing Manager**

**Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore (On-site)**

**Basic Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 1+ years ( At least 6 months hands on experience in product photography using various lighting & camera equipment’s & software tools like Adobe Photoshop, Light Room, Premier Pro.)
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma (preferred)

**Selection Process**:

- Screening round by HR Executive
- Personal Interview by Marketing Manager / HR Head

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Researching the product to understand how best to photograph/videography it.
- Coming up with innovative and creative ideas for product photoshoots.
- Setting up the lighting and camera equipment’s
- Sourcing props that will enhance the product.
- Shoot on model, on mannequin or flat lays.
- Selecting location of the shoot, indoors as well as outdoors.
- Editing images as per required.
- Maintaining a proper database of the photographs.
- Improvising on the pictures as per the feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandise teams on creative concepts for e-commerce and corporate photography requirements
- Working smoothy with the Art Director.
- Staying up dated with the latest trends in media and photography industry.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- At least 1 year of experience working as a Product Photographer, Photographer, or a similar role in Mediaindustry.
- Strong knowledge of photography techniques including lighting, styling, and composition
- Good time management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work any time as well as on weekends.
- Willingness to travel as per the shoot requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with different cameras and lighting equipment.
- Good knowledge of photo editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, required
- Ability to form new concepts for each product shoot.
- Strong sense of colour theory and understanding of colour management
- Experience photographing in a retail industry is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to last minute changes in art direction, product design, and project execution

**Software skills required**:

- Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
- Coral Draw
- Premier Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Light Room (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
