**What you’ll do**:

- Have ownership of our in-house photography studio
- Capture well-lit, clear, and aesthetic photographs of fabric and stitched garments for documentation & Instagram marketing
- Work with both DSLRs and high-end iPhones to deliver high-quality images
- Play with natural, indoor and studio lighting to deliver vibrant, beautifully lit photos
- Shoot short and immersive video content for Instagram reels and YouTube shorts
- Experiment with a variety of styles to shoot outfit photos — from flat lays to mannequin shots to outdoor shoots
- Work with the latest editing tools and techniques to elevate your work
- Create standard photography processes and guidelines
- Neatly organise your photographs in folders and archive them
- Maintain a photo repository of every outfit we stitch for our internal order dashboard
- Maintain your photography equipment with great care
- Intracity travel for campaign shoots as well as create high quality user generated content (UGC) from customer home visits

**You have**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a professional photographer
- Possess know-how of good composition and the rule of thirds
- A creative mind that’s eager to learn and experiment with different lighting techniques, as well and a basic knowledge of styling for product
- A photography page on Instagram or a portfolio of work (Behance/website/drive link)

- Great at collaborating with cross-functional teams; At Binks, you’ll work closely with our Design, Production, and Marketing teams
- Someone who shows great attention to detail
- Curious and eager to learn more about our business and its workings
- Someone who loves to experiment with different shoot styles
- Always tinkering with ideas
- Comfortable with traveling within the city to customer homes for shoots; you will be compensated for your travel to external shoots
- Comfortable working out of our Peenya office on a regular basis; this role is not remote
