Photographer & Videographer

As the School Photographer/Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing visual content, including photographs and videos, to document school events, activities, and student life. Your role is essential in preserving memories, showcasing the school's vibrant culture, and promoting its educational mission. You will work closely with school staff, students, and parents to create engaging visual narratives that reflect the essence of the school community.

**Responsibilities**:
**Photography and Videography**: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of various school events, including sports meets, cultural programs, academic activities, and extracurricular events.

**Content Creation**: Develop creative concepts and storyboards for photography and videography projects, ensuring they align with the school's branding and messaging.

**Editing and Post-Production**: Edit and enhance photographs and videos to produce visually appealing and compelling final products.

**Equipment Management**: Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.

**Event Coverage**: Coordinate with school staff to schedule coverage of school events and ensure all essential moments are captured.

**Photography/Videography Guidelines**: Ensure compliance with the school's photography and videography guidelines, especially regarding student privacy and consent.

**Media Distribution**: Manage the distribution of photographs and videos to relevant stakeholders, including school newsletters, websites, and social media channels.

**Digital Asset Management**: Organize and maintain a library of visual assets, making them easily accessible for future use.

**Photography/Videography Requests**: Respond to photography and videography requests from various school departments and stakeholders.

**Creative Input**: Offer creative ideas and input to enhance the visual storytelling of school events and activities.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with school staff, marketing teams, and students to plan and execute visual projects effectively.

**Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on the latest photography and videography trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of visual content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and composition.
- Experience in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Understanding of storytelling and the ability to convey emotions and messages through visual content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to capture compelling visual moments.
- Ability to work with students and school staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Knowledge of student privacy regulations and consent requirements for photography/videography in an educational setting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing event schedules and capture unplanned moments.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
