Office Assistant Computer Operator

**Administrative & Office Assistance**
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Prepare letters, reports, and official documents.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist management with daily office tasks and requirements.

**Computer Operations**
- Perform accurate and timely data entry in company systems.
- Operate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and other digital records.
- Assist in generating invoices, bills, and official forms.
- Maintain and update company databases.

**Accounting & Finance**
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally / ERP software.
- Prepare vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate with auditors and accountants for financial reports.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
