Primary Dispatch Planning:

• Plan and execute primary dispatches (plant to depots/customers) as per sales requirements.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service teams to align dispatch schedules.
• Transporter Coordination:
• Liaise with transporters to ensure availability of vehicles (bulk and bagged cement).
• Track vehicle deployment and resolve vehicle shortages or delays.
• Fleet Management:
• Monitor turnaround time (TAT) of vehicles and optimize fleet utilization.
• Ensure proper documentation (e-way bills, invoices, LR, etc.) and compliance for all shipments.
• MIS & Reporting:
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports (dispatch data, freight costs, TAT).
• Analyze logistics KPIs to drive continuous improvement in cost and service.
• Cost Control & Freight Optimization:
• Assist in freight rate negotiations with transporters.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
• System & SAP Operations:
• Execute logistics transactions in SAP/ERP systems dispatch booking, invoice generation, etc.
• Ensure data accuracy in logistics modules.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Adhere to safety norms in transport loading/unloading.

• Ensure vehicles meet regulatory compliance (RTO permits, insurance, driver documents, etc.)
  
  Role & responsibilities

• 37 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, preferably in cement or building materials industry

• Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems and logistics planning tools Preferred candidate profile
