**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Strategy Development**:

- Define and implement an enterprise data architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the development of a data governance framework and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- ** Architectural Design**:

- Design scalable, reliable, and efficient data systems, including data lakes, warehouses, and streaming platforms.
- Develop strategies for data storage, integration, and transformation, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- ** Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, and IT teams to understand and address data requirements.
- Lead a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- ** Technology Evaluation and Implementation**:

- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to drive innovation and efficiency in data architecture.
- Oversee the implementation of data solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- ** Data Integration and Quality**:

- Develop strategies and frameworks for data integration across diverse systems and platforms.
- Establish best practices for data quality, security, and lifecycle management.
- ** Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor and optimize the performance of data platforms to support business analytics and operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural bottlenecks and data-related issues.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, or related fields.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms in cloud and hybrid environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in modern data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, Redshift, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration patterns.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
