Overview:
We are urgently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Field Collection Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to launch their career in the banking and finance sector. You will be responsible for managing field collection activities, representing a leading banking institution, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer locations for the collection of overdue payments in a defined geographical area.

Maintain regular follow-ups with customers via field visits and phone calls.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships while professionally handling collection negotiations.

Ensure all collection activities adhere to the bank's policies and compliance regulations.

Accurately update and maintain collection records and customer interaction logs.

Achieve and exceed individual and team collection targets.

Gender: Male (due to field job requirements)

Education: Minimum Any Graduate/Any Undergraduate (10+2/Diploma)

Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Transport: Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.

Availability: Must be available to join immediately.

Take-Home Salary: ₹14,000/
