We are the highly established Regional Transport - Business partners, aiming to improve processes efficiencies, it's performance measures. Together we are enabling stakeholder's policy making by providing regular and on-demand business intelligence for the functions across Vestas Business operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Development/continuous improvement of Supplier outbound Transport Safety, Material handling SOP & compliance.
- Transport Safety & Quality: NCR review & corrective actions
- India Supplier Outbound: Daily, Weekly & Monthly review with EBSC, Maersk on the OTD performance.
- Analyze outbound data, trends and exceptions, present findings to aid continuous improvements.
- Analysis on MRS Lane & rate applicability
- Maintain a master list of India Suppliers and its agreed INCO terms
- India Suppliers INCO terms review & steam line the FCA incoterms with the support of Buyers & Global Procurement.
- India Supplier Visits towards continuous Improvements & process developments. Develop and maintain internal ODC cargo Transport, Packaging procedures and provide transport Safety awareness
- Conduct Route Survey for ODC cargo export
- SoA Report - Clear and correct information with action plan -collect the information/risk details from stakeholders.
- CoPQ: Cost savings, Cost avoidance by identify the opportunities for improvement/cost outs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Suppliers, Vestas Buyers & Factory logistic
- Ready for domestic travel to attend Port / CY / CFS / Customs office

**Qualifications**
- Graduate / post-graduate from a reputed Institute or University in International Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in Project cargo transportation, Trade Compliance, EXIM activities
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with SAP
- Good at data analytics

**Competencies**
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Mode of Transport, Country specific Transport Safety & quality regulations.
- Ability to analyze large data and prepare a business case with recommended solution to mitigate the cost
- Good knowledge of Project cargo transportation, INCO terms, Foreign Trade policy regulations, Import Duties and taxes
- Excellent in crafting the SOP's & reports and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, with excellent time management and problem-solving skill
- Ability to research information with mínimal parameters given & prepare a summary of the findings/observations / Business Impact
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning with people management & Leadership Skill
- Good negotiations skills towards cost optimization
