**Regional Transport APAC -> Outbound Transport APAC -> Import & Export APAC NEA**

**Responsibilities**
- Must have hands on experience in Export/Import, both General Transport and Project Transport
- Have to deal with customs related to Advance License, Duty drawback, Returnable shipments, RoDTEP, MEIS, MNRE, HS codes, Free Trade Agreements, Duty bonds, GST & duty benefit schemes etc.
- Drive/Participate in India transport and customs related projects to ensure smooth business continuity
- Need to perform import/export documentations & Duty scheme documentation preparations
- Up to date information and maintaining Reports, SOP, Green-Light Templates, Guidelines and Governance
- Internal Audit & Compliance related to Transportation, Customs Process, Documentation etc
- Data management related to Transport & Customs processes
- Collaboration with Customs authorities, CHA, port authorities, Internal customers, stakeholders, external logistics service providers in related tasks/projects
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly and periodic management reports. Monitor and report transport performance
- Ensure documentary errors or process gaps/oversight does not lead to extra costs for Vestas through delays, fines, penalties etc
- Fair knowledge in claims and insurance

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors preferably in Supply Chain Planning / Logistics.
- Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in handling Indian Customs Documentations / Trade compliance functions

**Competencies**
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English communication (Oral & Written) & Fluent in familiar Indian local languages
- Structured and organized to deliver within deadlines.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Ready to go the extra mile to reach the target
- Wind mill manufacturing industry experience is preferred
