Production Operations Officer

Originally founded by Arm, Kigen enable businesses to grow their Internet of Things rapidly through the SIM, eSIM and iSIM technologies and are pushing the boundaries in the industry. Working with a number of high-profile customers globally, our growing business is excited to be building our team in Noida and are currently seeking a **Production Operations Officer **.

As part of the Partner Enablement team in Noida you will be joining an exciting team responsible for enabling and supporting customers designing with Kigen technology. As part of the team, you will be managing SIM, eSIM and iSIM data generation orders, verifying them before execution, verifying accuracy of the deliverables, and delivering them to the customers/partners for production. Additionally, the Production Operations Officer is checking quality to ensure compliance against processes, customer requirements and security constraints.

**What you will be doing**:
Work with sales team to receive orders and understand how they should be prioritised
- Coordinate with Production Operations TPE to cover all upcoming orders and identify possible
blocker to be reported to the Production Operations Manager
- Pull order approval requests according to the assigned priority and process them as per the
guidelines
- Contribute to improvements of Kigen data generation system, tools and processes with
regards to efficiency, customer satisfaction, quality and security requirements
- Cover Production Operations Manager responsibilities during Indian working hours including
urgencies, customer escalation and process/delivery incidents
- Audit processes and quality checks to ensure orders have been managed according to the
customer requirements and our quality and security processes; highlight issues when
identified
- Deliver the generated deliverables to customers through the agreed delivery method for the
order (internal delivery system or customer/partner delivery system)
- Use independent judgment in regards to order processing, keeping quality and security in
mind
- Help create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and by being self-motivated
- Adapt to new methods as our data generation system, tools and processes evolve

**What do we need**:

- Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial production environment, ideally a smart card
production environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Leader or Project Manager
- Must have good internal and external communication skills
- Shall have user and administration experience with ticketing and collaborative work systems
(Freshservice, Jira, Confluence)
- Must consistently demonstrate attention to details and strong customer focus
- Must have good understanding of quality assurance methodology
- Must be fluent with policies, processes and procedures design, implementation and audit
- Must be able to work under pressure

Experience with smart card (SIM/USIM/eUICC) technologies would be useful
- Notions in security and cryptography would be useful
