We are hiring a **Supervisor** to lead our **in-house Lithium-Ion battery assembly line** for cordless/power tools.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead **battery assembly operations** for cordless/power tool batteries.
- Oversee **cell welding, wiring, and BMS integration**.
- Maintain **quality control** and ensure safety compliance.
- Train and guide the assembly team.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with production & R&D teams.

**What You Need**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in **Electrical/Electronics Engineering** or related field.
- 2-3 years in **Lithium-Ion battery assembly** within a factory setup.
- Hands-on knowledge of **power tools, cordless tool batteries, and testing equipment**.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- **Location**: Tiruvottiyur, Chennai
- **Schedule**: 6-day work week | On-site role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
