**Job Position: Backend Support Executive**

**Location: Vacancy in Chennai.**

Qualities:

- Must be graduate
- Must have experience in Telemarketing.
- Min 1 to 2 years experience.
- Freshers can also applicable.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Work from Office only

Role & Responsibilities:

- To pitch the company products to prospective clients.
- Responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
- Collect relevant information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them. Collect customer information and other relevant details.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.

**Salary**:
INR 15,000 to 20,000/- Take home + Petrol allowance.

**What do we expect?**

Must have two-wheeler.

Must have a Laptop. For this position try to arrange laptop for official purpose.

Good and clear communication in Tamil, English,Hindi,Telugu.

Must know MS-Excel, MS-Word and Powerpoint Presentation.
