Join us as a Corporate Governance Adviser
- Using your specialist skills, you’ll deliver professional support and advice to boards and committees of relevant legal entities with specific focus on relevant company secretarial compliances
- You’ll work with key stakeholders on corporate social responsibility (CSR) contribution utilisation and CSR compliance
- It’s a valuable opportunity to build key relationships with stakeholders, boards and committees and increase your exposure across the bank

**What you'll do**:
As a Corporate Governance Adviser, you’ll be making sure that the relevant business areas comply with the Companies Act, managing delegations for specific entities, and providing professional support and advice to boards and committees of the relevant legal entities. You’ll also manage delegated authorities at the board, including power of attorney management for the legal entities.

You’ll also be:

- Contributing to the refinement of corporate governance and secretariat processes, in order to improve communication and drive the simplification agenda
- Providing advice on applicability of laws to the relevant business areas
- Supporting key stakeholders on relevant agreements as well as interacting with them to provide professional, flexible and continuous corporate governance and corporate secretariat service and advice

**The skills you'll need**:
You’ll already be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with at least 12 years' industry experience of managing company secretarial practices. You’ll have sound knowledge of regulatory provisions of CSR as well as have experience of handling CSR or FCRA compliances.

You’ll also need:

- Experience in managing corporate governance compliances for CSR or non-profit companies
- Experience in Companies Act compliances
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
