We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining strong communication with clients. You will play a critical role in customer satisfaction by coordinating project requirements, addressing complaints, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and manage inquiries for quotations from initial customer contact to equipment arrival.
- Communicate with customers to define and clarify the necessary scope of work.
- Develop, revise, and update Quality Plans as required.
- Perform credit limit checks and ensure compliance by verifying customers are not on black or watch lists using the Global Compliance System.
- Address complex client complaints and resolve other issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with department managers to update projects according to customer requirements.
- Create and manage quotes in alignment with customer needs, ensuring completion of the Contract Review and communicating effectively for clarification.
- Submit all incoming customer service orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for timely project execution.
- Ensure timely receipt of vendor quotes to meet profit margins and deadlines.
- Revise and adjust quotes as needed.
- Regularly report job progress to customers to keep them informed.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities in applicable systems by collaborating with relevant departments.
- Liaise with customers and IVB to ensure approved ITP/Quality Plans are reviewed and confirmed by all parties.
- Pursue continuous improvement in personal activities and operations.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined by the Quality Management System, HSE, and other corporate guidelines.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Experience within the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
