**Job Overview**:
Healthy Jeena Sikho is seeking a responsible and customer-oriented **Delivery cum Sales Executive** for our Jaipur operations. The role combines efficient product delivery with an active sales approach to promote and upsell medical equipment such as hospital beds, wheelchairs, BiPAP/CPAP machines, and oxygen concentrators. This is a frontline role that plays a key part in delivering excellent service and building customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery & Installation**:

- Timely and safe delivery of medical equipment to customers' homes.
- On-site installation and basic training/demonstration of equipment use.
- Ensuring proper documentation like delivery notes and customer signatures.

**Customer Interaction & Upselling**:

- Educate customers about equipment features, upgrades, and accessories (e.g., masks, filters, motor add-ons).
- Identify cross-selling/upselling opportunities (e.g., from manual to electric wheelchair).
- Promote company’s buyback plans or paid service offerings.

**Service Support**:

- Assist in minor maintenance, troubleshooting, or exchange of faulty products.
- Collect customer feedback and report service issues to the operations team.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of deliveries, product conditions, and customer interactions.
- Ensure daily log entries, photo proofs, and cash/cheque collection (if applicable).
- Minimum 12th pass in case of delivery; diploma or technical background preferred. In case of B2B, graduate must
- 1-3 years of experience in delivery, field service, or sales (preferably in healthcare).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Customer-first mindset with sales flair.
- Must own a valid two-wheeler and driving license.
- Basic smartphone handling and reporting skills required.
