**Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (Founder's Office)**
- Location: Gujranwala Town, Delhi
Type:
- Full-Time (initially hands-on, growing into team leadership)
- Experience: 10+ years in business growth strategy, scaling ventures, or leadership roles in multi-vertical companies

**Mission**
Drive the execution of INSD’s 5 core growth strategies, from blueprint to scaled revenue, ensuring sustainable growth, investor readiness, and market leadership.
**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Translate founder vision into actionable quarterly and annual growth roadmaps for all verticals (E-learning, E-commerce, Franchise Growth, B2B Training, Licensing, etc.)
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, opportunity sizing, and market-entry analysis.
- Build investment cases and ROI projections for new initiatives.
2. Capital & Investor Readiness
- Prepare funding decks, financial models, and due diligence data rooms.
- Liaise with potential investors, strategic partners, and acquisition targets.
3. Team & Workflow Building
- Identify and recruit key function heads (e-commerce, marketing, sales, ops, product).
- Set up SOPs, performance dashboards, and review cadences for each vertical.
4. Growth & Revenue Acceleration
- Identify quick-win opportunities and strategic partnerships in Year 1.
- Drive revenue targets with focus on unit economics and healthy margins.
- Oversee launch of growth experiments (pilot programs, collaborations, new offerings).
5. Brand & Market Positioning
- Position INSD as an aspirational, credible, investor-friendly design brand.
- Oversee digital presence, PR strategy, and industry engagement initiatives.
6. Monitoring & Accountability
- Create board-level reports for founder review.
- Continuously analyse performance vs. projections; recalibrate plans as needed.
**Core Competencies**
- Proven track record of scaling multi-vertical businesses (education, consumer brands, or platforms)
- Investor relations and fundraising exposure
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding
- Hands-on with strategy implementation in early growth stages
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
**Why This Role is Critical**
You will operate as the founder’s right hand—bridging high-level vision with execution muscle. The role demands strategic thinking and operational capability in the first 12-18 months, before growing into a more investor-facing leadership role.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
