**Job Title**: DRCC Expert cum Administrative Head
**Location**: Patna/Gaya

**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Mandatory Experience**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a college administration department
- **Hands-on experience in the DRCC process** under the **Bihar Student Credit Card Yojana** (BSCCY)
**Key Qualifications**:
- Must have **worked as an Administrative Head or similar role** in a recognized college/institution
- In-depth knowledge of the **DRCC process**, including:
- Verification procedures
- Sanction letter generation and follow-ups
**Additional Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the **entire college administration department**:
- Handle the **admission process**, including student counseling and enrollment
- Ensure accurate and timely **documentation, file management, and student record keeping**:
- Lead the team involved in **student support, documentation verification, and parent communication**:
- Implement college-level administrative protocols and reporting systems
**Core Skills Required**:
- **DRCC-related expertise** (must be the top priority)
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced educational environment
**Preferred Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum); Master’s degree preferred
- Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in using computers, especially MS Office, internet tools, and online portals related to DRCC
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
