**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Research industry-related topics and trends to generate innovative content ideas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Monitor content performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain our social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and schedule engaging posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Foster community engagement through active interaction, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
- **Content Distribution and Promotion**:

- Identify and leverage opportunities for content distribution and promotion through partnerships, influencer collaborations, guest blogging, etc.
- Monitor and manage content distribution channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
