**Designation: General Marketing Executive**
**Preferred Experience: 1-3 years**
**Location: Pune (Hybrid)**
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**: Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- **Content Creation**: Developing engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including websites, social media posts, blogs, videos, and advertisements.
- **SEO and SEM**: Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and search engine ranking, and managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns for targeted traffic acquisition.
- **Social Media Management**: Managing social media profiles, creating social media content calendars, monitoring social media engagement, and analyzing social media performance metrics.
- **Lead Generation**: Implementing lead generation strategies to attract and acquire potential customers, including inbound marketing tactics like SEO, content marketing, and lead magnets.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engaging with customers through various channels to build relationships, gather feedback, and address inquiries or concerns.
- **Brand Management**: Managing and promoting the company's brand identity, values, and messaging to maintain a positive brand image and reputation.
- **Marketing Analytics**: Analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, website traffic, and engagement metrics, to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- **Event Management**: planning and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches, to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
**Requirements and skills**:
- 1-3 years of experience with general marketing and digital marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with lead generation and event management
