**Key Responsibilities**
- **Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Reach out to prospective students and handle incoming inquiries about the institution’s programs.
- **Provide Course Information**: Explain details of available courses, including program structure, fees, admissions requirements, and career prospects.
- **Maintain Records**: Accurately document all conversations and updates in the CRM system to keep track of leads and admissions.
- **Follow Up on Leads**: Diligently follow up with potential students who have shown interest in our programs to encourage enrollment.
- **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Answer questions and resolve concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction among potential students.

**Key Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduate or equivalent (any field).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in tele calling, preferably in an educational or admissions context.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages as applicable, e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali], with a persuasive and clear style.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Friendly and supportive attitude to assist prospective students in making the best choices for their education.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.

**Preferred Skills**
- **Knowledge of CRM Systems**: Familiarity with CRM tools for managing and tracking leads.
- **Target-Driven Mindset**: Comfortable with working towards monthly or quarterly admission targets.
- **Team Player**: Works collaboratively with the admissions and marketing team to align on strategies and ensure admissions goals are met.
