We are looking for a **motivated and result-driven Tele caller** to join our team at **NIHT.**
As the voice of our institution, you will connect with prospective students over the phone, provide them with accurate course information, and guide them through the admission process.
This role is **purely telephonic**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Calling & Follow-ups**: Contact potential students from various lead sources and engage them effectively.
- **Information & Guidance**: Explain program features, eligibility, and career benefits clearly over calls.
- **Lead Conversion**: Motivate students to take the next step and complete enrollment.
- **Data Management**: Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
- **Daily Reporting**: Share daily updates on call performance and targets achieved.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth communication and follow-up.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **1 years** in **Tele calling / Inside Sales / Counselling**, preferably in the **education industry**.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent spoken communication** in **English, Hindi**, and Bengali ( Manadatory)
- **Personality**: Confident, presentable ,persuasive, and customer-oriented.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
