**Job Title: Executive - Quality Assurance and Control (QAC)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control**:Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to identify and rectify defects.

**Process Improvement**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities.
Generate reports summarizing quality metrics and trends.

**Training**:Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

**Problem Resolution**:Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring quality issues.

**Compliance**:Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated on changes in quality standards and implement necessary adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering (B.E. Production) or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Control in a production environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Defect rate reduction.
- Compliance with quality standards.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
- Successful implementation of process improvements.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
