**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Management Support**:

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO standards).
- **Product Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and efficacy standards.
- Assist in audits and inspections of manufacturing processes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and report findings to the QA team.
- Support the preparation of quality-related documentation and reports.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in training programs on quality standards and best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the QA department.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Assist in addressing customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements in product development and manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
