**Salary**:1,50,000/**to-**2,00,000/-** lacs per **Month.**

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a committed and capable Medical Superintendent to lead our hospital’s clinical and operational functions.
This is a leadership role that requires balancing the demands of patient care, team management, compliance, and hospital performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily **clinical operations** including **OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency**, and diagnostic services.
- Lead medical, nursing, and paramedical teams with efficiency and empathy.
- Ensure adherence to **MCI/NMC, NABH/NABL,**and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Manage **hospital operations, budgeting**, and cost-effectiveness across departments.
- Oversee quality assurance, patient safety, biomedical waste, and infection control protocols.
- Handle **medico-legal cases** and maintain proper documentation.
- Organize **CMEs, audits,**and team development programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements and best practices.
- Serve as the point of contact for health authorities and compliance bodies.

**Qualifications**:

- **MBBS (mandatory)**with a postgraduate **degree/diploma** in Hospital Administration **(MHA/MD Hospital Admin/MBA Healthcare).**
- Valid registration with **MCI/NMC.**
