**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team.
As a frontline caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through their healing journey—providing clinical care, emotional support, and professional guidance at every step.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver direct patient care:
Administer **medications safely**, **monitor vital signs, assist** with mobility and **hygiene,**and **perform wound care.**
Assess patient conditions, identify issues early, and respond with appropriate clinical action.
Create and follow individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
Insert and manage **catheters** and perform other basic procedures with precision.
Act swiftly during emergencies—**perform CPR, manage critical cases**, and maintain calm under pressure.
Work alongside doctors and other **healthcare staff** to ensure coordinated, **effective treatment.**
**Maintain clear, accurate records** and communicate patient updates to the team.
Follow **infection control protocols** and promote a clean, **safe care environment**.
Support and guide junior staff and contribute to a respectful, team-driven atmosphere.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**GNM** or **B.Sc. Nursing**from a recognized institution.
Registered with the State/Indian Nursing Council.
**1-2 years** of experience preferred.
Comfortable with procedures like **wound dressing, medication calculation**, and **administration.**
Willing to work in **rotational shifts, weekends**, and **under occasional pressure.**
