**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients or customers using a provided script.
- Engage with individuals to generate interest in our products or services.
- Provide accurate information about our offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize calling strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar outbound calling or telemarketing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse individuals.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using IndiaMart, Justdial and other relevant tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections gracefully.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer psychology.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
