Job Title: Call Centre Executive (Male)Department:Customer Experience / Call CentreLocation:(Specify – e.g., Kochi / Regional Office)Reports To:Call Centre Manager / Customer Experience LeadExperience Required:Minimum 1 year in Call Centre or Customer Support OperationsAbout the RoleTheCall Centre Executive (Male) will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions across the Group’s Automotive and FMCG divisions. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience and smooth operational support between business teams and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesHandleinbound and outbound callsfor both Automotive and FMCG verticals, including customer queries, product/service information, and feedback collection.Conductservice reminders, lead follow-ups, and post-service/customer satisfaction calls.Managedaily call logs and data entriesaccurately in CRM or internal systems.Coordinate with respective departments (Sales, Service, Delivery, CRM, Logistics, etc.) to ensuretimely updates and issue resolution.Supportcampaigns, promotions, and customer communication drivesinitiated by management.Maintaindaily and weekly reportson call performance, follow-ups, and closures.Escalate customer concerns appropriately to ensure swift and professional resolution.Ensure compliance with company communication standards and customer service protocols.Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellentverbal communication skillsin Malayalam, English, and Hindi.Strongcustomer engagement and problem-solvingability.Proficiency inMS Office, CRM tools, or call management software.Ability tohandle volume-based targetswith quality and professionalism.Good coordination and teamwork skills.QualificationsGraduate / Diploma in any discipline.Minimum1 year of experiencein call centre, telecalling, or customer service roles — preferably inAutomotive, FMCG, or Retail sectors.
