**Skills**:

- Deep understanding of instructional design, learning principles, and accessibility
- Need a deep understanding of the current priorities and challenges, while working on assigned projects
- Need experience working in a hands-on fashion with learning management systems, preferably Canvas
- Experience in working with SMEs, preferably SMEs from the US
- Experience in creating online courses mobile courses and micro-learning experiences
- Track record of leading instructional projects successfully
- Excellent presentation, writing, and customer service skills.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences is essential
- The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team is required, as is problem-solving, juggling multiple priorities, and working within set time frames

**Responsibilities**:

- Study, understand, and analyze project requirements and deliverables
- Collaborate with SMEs and revise courses based on project standards and FSME requirements
- Adhere to the methodologies and workflows set for project execution
- Adhere to productivity norms for project tasks and encourage the team to follow the same
- Follow production checklists and guidelines
- Train team members and suppliers on project-related requirements and processes
- Understanding the purpose and use of the different media elements used in online courses
- Create storyboards, visual storyboards, and infographics
- Collaborate with the different teams (Design team and Build team) on a daily basis
- Conduct quality reviews of all deliverables as per the defined review process
- Ensure the delivery schedules are adhered to
- Identify possible risks at the production level and communicate the same to stakeholders
- Comply with project-related laws and regulations

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹301,517.60 - ₹1,111,788.99 per year
