ROLE: Senior SAP TM Technical Consultant

ROLE DESCRIPTION- Assist clients with SAP TM solutions which include design, configuration, development and testing.Presales solution design for new opportunities to define project requirements and conduct pilot demo for potential customers.- Set up basic, standard, and certain advanced business processes in SAP TM modules as part of Proof of Concept.Analysing and documenting business requirements, mapping them to SAP TM 9.X, embedded S4 HANA to design the future state solution using Best Practices.- Drive with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP TM.Work with development team to understand and agree on a feasible solution. Collaborating with project teams to manage system interdependencies.- Mentoring Junior Technical SAP TM Team members within the organization. Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities. Adhere to all the standards and procedures set by the companys quality system and the project plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Analysing and documenting business requirements, mapping them to SAP TM 9.X, embedded S4 HANA to design the future state solution using Best Practices.Drive with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP TM.Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities. Adhere to all the standards and procedures set by the companys quality system and the project plan.

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE- 7 to 10 years of SAP ABAP experience with minimum of 3 years in SAP S4HANA TM ABAP development At least 1 end to end SAP TM implementations not including rollouts Functional proficiency in Greenfield Implementations, Brownfield Technical Upgrade, Rollouts especially with work experience in SAP TMExpertise in Data migration for Greenfield, Brownfield and Rollout implementations Functional and process knowledge in Extended Warehouse Management is preferrable.

PROCESS KNOWLEDGE- Proficient in defining Strategy, Developing systems requirements, Designing and prototyping in SAP TM, Testing and Training.Develop or improve existing delivery framework and models for cost effective and high quality delivery of services.Carry out knowledge management for all engagements and product innovation thought processes.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE- Experience in SAP S4HANA TM Technical area 1. ABAP objectoriented programming2. Business Object Processing Framework BOPF3. post processing framework and process controller strategy4. Floor plan manager and floor plan manger BOPF Integration FBI, POWL, SAP TM conditions5. SAP TM integration with 3rd party systems6. Knowledge of SAP TM development on S4 HANA 1809 and higher versions.7.Knowledge on Fiori is advantage.

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
